The launch of a new menu is always a thrilling time, and the buzz around the dishes created by our new Head Chef, Craig Miller, has been absolutely wonderful. While the entire menu is filled with dishes we’re incredibly proud of, there are a few that have quickly become the talk of the town.

From a returning fan favourite to comforting classics and creative new twists, we wanted to shine a spotlight on some of the plates that are already winning your hearts.

The Starter Everyone's Talking About: Crispy Tempura Halloumi

Every great meal needs a memorable start, and our new Tempura Halloumi is exactly that. We take generous fingers of salty, savoury halloumi and coat them in an incredibly light and crisp tempura batter. The real magic happens when you dip them into the accompanying strawberry chilli jam. The combination is a spectacular explosion of flavour: the saltiness of the cheese, the warmth from the batter, and the perfect sweet-heat from the jam. It’s a vibrant, modern, and utterly addictive dish that sets the perfect tone for the meal to come.

For the Love of Comfort: Our Hearty Beef Bourguignon

As we look towards the cooler, cosier evenings of autumn, this is the dish you’ll be dreaming of. Chef Miller has taken the timeless French classic, Beef Bourguignon, and perfected it. We use prime cuts of beef, slow-cooked for hours in a rich red wine sauce until it is meltingly tender. The dish is studded with classic sautéed silverskin onions, smoky lardons of bacon, and earthy mushrooms, all served with fresh green beans and a generous portion of creamy mashed potatoes to soak up that incredible sauce. It’s a masterclass in comfort food.

The Return of a Legend: Lemon Tandoori Chicken

You asked, and we listened! We know how much you love this dish, so we made sure it remained a star of the show. Our fan-favourite Lemon Tandoori Chicken is back and better than ever. Tender chicken is marinated in a vibrant blend of lemon and tandoori spices, cooked to perfection to be both juicy and flavourful. It’s served with everything you need to build your own perfect bites: a fresh mixed salad, spicy onions, a tangy tomato salsa, a cooling honey and lemon yoghurt, and warm, soft floured tortilla wraps. It’s fresh, interactive, and bursting with flavour.

Save Room for This: The Orange Chocolate Brownie

We must insist you save room for dessert, because this is a pudding you won't want to share. Our new Orange Chocolate Brownie is pure indulgence. It’s a stunning creation featuring decadent layers of rich, zesty orange-infused chocolate brownie and crisp, light meringue. This is then topped with smooth cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and finished with a scoop of incredible salted caramel ice cream. It's a symphony of textures and temperatures, and the perfect, show-stopping end to your meal.
